Scroll down to Your Sending Bundles and click Add Another Bundle
Each bundle adds 1,000 emails per day, stack as many as you need
You can choose between Monthly, 6 Month (save 10%), or Annual (save 15%) billing
Once payment is confirmed your new bundle is active and you can set up its domains and inboxes right away
Why this matters / When you'd use this
As your campaigns get results and you want to reach more people, upgrading your sending volume is the natural next step. Adding bundles is how you scale — each additional bundle adds another 1,000 emails per day to your daily capacity, along with its own set of credits, domains, and inboxes.
How to upgrade
Step 1 - Go to your Billing page
Click on your initials or email address at the bottom left corner of your ListKit dashboard. A menu will appear, select Billing.
Step 2 - Click Add Another Bundle
Once inside the Billing page, scroll down to the Your Sending Bundles section. You will see your current active bundle listed here. Below it, click the Add Another Bundle button.
Step 3 - Select your sending volume and billing plan
You will be taken to the plans page. Here you can:
Use the Sending Bundles selector to choose how many bundles you want to add, each bundle adds 1,000 emails per day to your daily capacity
Toggle between Monthly, 6 Months (save 10%), or Annual (save 15%) billing
As you adjust the number of bundles, the page updates in real time to show you exactly what is included, credits per month, sends per month, domains, inboxes, and daily sending capacity, and your total cost.
Step 4 - Confirm and complete payment
Once you have selected your volume and billing preference, click Start with Monthly Plan (or whichever billing option you selected). You will be redirected to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, your new bundle is active.
What each additional bundle includes
Every bundle you add comes with its own full set of everything:
10,000 triple-verified lead credits per month
80,000 email sends per month
20,000 contacts storage
20 .com domains and 40 Google inboxes, registered, configured, warmed up, and managed for you
What happens after upgrading
Once your new bundle is active, you will need to set up its domains and inboxes before it can send. Head to your Billing page, scroll down to the Bundle Setup section, and click Setup Now next to your new bundle. The setup process is exactly the same as your first bundle.
For a full walkthrough see: How do I set up my domains and inboxes after subscribing to ListKit?
Note that new inboxes require a 2 to 3 week warmup period before they are ready to send. Plan your upgrade timeline accordingly.
Billing plan options
Monthly
Pay month to month. Cancel any bundle independently at any time.
6 Months - Save 10%
Commit for 6 months and save 10% on the total cost.
Annual - Save 15%
Commit for 12 months and save 15% on the total cost. Best value for customers who are scaling consistently.
A note on domains and renewal
Domains are included free for 12 months from the date they are provisioned. As long as you remain subscribed, ListKit will provide you with a fresh set of domains at no charge when your 12 months are up, the same way it worked when you first signed up. You go through the same setup process to pick your new domain names and warm up the new inboxes.
Expected outcome
After completing your upgrade and setting up your new bundle's domains and inboxes, your daily sending capacity increases by 1,000 emails per day per bundle added. Once the new inboxes complete warmup, they will be ready to add to your campaigns alongside your existing infrastructure.
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. You can add a new bundle at any time. The new bundle is billed independently on its own renewal date from the day you add it.
Do I need to go through the demo call again to upgrade?
No. Once you are a ListKit customer, you can upgrade directly from inside the app through the Billing page.
Can I cancel individual bundles independently?
Yes. Each bundle renews on its own date and can be cancelled independently without affecting your other active bundles.
Do my new inboxes need to warm up?
Yes. Every new set of domains and inboxes requires the same 2 to 3 week warmup process. Your existing inboxes are not affected and continue sending while new ones warm up.
What happens to my domains after 12 months?
As long as you are still subscribed, ListKit will provision a fresh set of domains for you at no charge, just like when you first signed up. You pick new domain names, set up your personas, and warm up the new inboxes for another 12 months.
I completed payment but my new bundle is not showing up.
