TL;DR
Pre-warmed domains are always .info. They come with Google Workspace inboxes that are already warmed up, so you skip the 14-day warmup.
Pre-warmed inboxes are usually ready within minutes of setup. Occasionally setup takes up to 72 hours. If they aren't Ready after 72 hours, message us.
Every inbox still ramps up: 1 email a day, plus 4 each sending weekday, 25 a day on the 7th sending day.
Pre-warmed stock is limited. When it runs out, we refill it regularly, usually every few days, depending on demand. We can't reserve a slot or give an exact restock date.
Pre-warmed is only offered when you set up a Bundle's domains. You can't switch a Bundle to pre-warmed after branded setup starts.
When you'd use this
Use this when you want to start sending as soon as possible, or when setup says no pre-warmed domains are available and you want to know what to do.

What are pre-warmed inboxes?
Pre-warmed domains and their Google Workspace inboxes are ones ListKit has already registered, configured and warmed up, ready in a shared pool. When you claim them during setup, they're attached to your account. DNS (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) is already set up.
Branded inboxes take up to 72 hours to set up, then warm up for 14 days (about 2 to 3 weeks from signup). Pre-warmed inboxes skip warmup. After that, every inbox ramps up: it starts at 1 email a day and adds 4 on each weekday it sends in a live campaign (1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25), so it reaches 25 a day on its 7th sending day, about 9 calendar days.
How to set up pre-warmed inboxes
Step 1: Open Bundle Setup
Click your initial at the bottom left, choose Billing, and in the Bundle Setup section click Setup now. You can also start from the Inboxes page with Set up inboxes.
Step 2: Confirm your sending volume
The first step shows the volume your Bundle includes (for example, up to 1,000 emails a day with 20 domains and 40 inboxes). Nothing is due today. Click Continue to Domains.
Step 3: Choose pre-warmed domains
On the domains step, choose the pre-warmed option (the recommended one), not the option to generate new domains. Then continue.
Step 4: Pick your domains
Available pre-warmed domains load. Let ListKit auto-select the right number for your Bundle, or pick them yourself.
Step 5: Add your website redirect URL
Enter your main website as a full URL, for example https://yourcompany.com. Anyone who types one of your sending domains into a browser lands there. You can ask us to change it later. See How do I change my website redirect URL?
Step 6: Set up your two sender personas
Add two personas, each with a first name, last name and inbox username. These names appear in the From field of your emails. Assign every domain to both personas and save. Choose the names carefully: changing them later restarts warmup on each changed inbox.
Step 7: Confirm
Continue to checkout. The amount due is $0 because domains and inboxes are included in your Bundle, and ListKit pays for the Google Workspace inboxes. Confirm the setup.
Step 8: Check your inboxes
A confirmation screen lists your domains. Your inboxes then appear on the Inboxes page.
Pre-warmed domains are out of stock. When will they be back?
If setup shows that no pre-warmed domains are available, the pool is empty for now. Pre-warmed stock is limited. When it runs out, we refill it regularly, usually every few days, depending on demand. We can't reserve a slot or give an exact restock date.
You have two choices:
Wait for the restock. Check the setup page again over the next few days and claim your domains as soon as they show as available. There is no deadline to set up a Bundle.
Choose branded domains now. They're always available. They take up to 72 hours to set up, then 14 days of warmup. See How do I set up new branded domains and inboxes for my Bundle?
Your subscription keeps running while you wait. Billing doesn't pause during setup or warmup.
If setup shows an error such as "We couldn't load the pre-warmed pool", try again later. If it keeps happening, message us with a screenshot.
Expected outcome
Your pre-warmed inboxes show on the Inboxes page as Ready, usually within minutes. Add them to a campaign and they start ramping up to 25 emails a day each.
FAQ
When are the pre-warmed domains going to be back in stock? I was told restock was today.
Pre-warmed stock is limited. When it runs out, we refill it regularly, usually every few days, depending on demand. We can't reserve a slot or give an exact restock date. Keep checking the setup page, or choose branded domains if you need to start now.
Can you hold or reserve pre-warmed domains for me?
No. Domains are claimed in the order people set up. Claim yours as soon as they show as available.
If I sign up today, can I start sending today?
With pre-warmed inboxes, usually yes: setup is usually done within minutes, and each inbox starts at 1 email a day. Occasionally setup takes up to 72 hours. With branded domains, plan for about 2 to 3 weeks.
My pre-warmed inboxes show warmup days remaining. Is that right?
No. Pre-warmed inboxes should not go through warmup. Message us with a screenshot of the Inboxes page so we can fix it.
Why are my pre-warmed domains .info and not .com?
The pre-warmed pool is always .info. Branded domains are always .com. See Should I choose pre-warmed or branded domains?
Can I get pre-warmed inboxes on a Bundle I already set up with branded domains?
No. Add another Bundle and choose pre-warmed when you set it up. See How do I add more sending volume (another Bundle)?
Does using pre-warmed inboxes put my main business domain at risk?
No. You send from separate sending domains, never from your main business domain.
