My inboxes say 0/1. When will I start sending?

0/1 on the Inboxes page during warmup or early ramp-up is normal; here is when your inboxes reach 25 a day.

Written by Andre Haykal Jr

TL;DR

  • 0/1 during warmup or on the first day of ramp-up is normal.

  • The Emails Sent column on the Inboxes page shows campaign emails sent today out of today's limit. Warmup emails don't count.

  • The Warmup Status column shows whether an inbox is still warming or Ready.

  • Once Ready and in a live campaign, the limit grows from 1 to 25 a day over 7 sending days (weekdays only). Pre-warmed inboxes skip warmup.

  • Billing doesn't pause during warmup.

When you'd use this

When you start sending

Branded inboxes take up to 72 hours to set up, then warm up for 14 days (about 2 to 3 weeks from signup). Pre-warmed inboxes skip warmup. After that, every inbox ramps up: it starts at 1 email a day and adds 4 on each weekday it sends in a live campaign (1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25), so it reaches 25 a day on its 7th sending day, about 9 calendar days.

Ramp-up only moves forward on weekdays when the inbox sends in a launched campaign.

What to do now

  • Inboxes still warming and a campaign is already live: pause the campaign and resume it when the inboxes show Ready.

  • Inboxes Ready: make sure they are selected in a live campaign. An inbox that isn't sending in a campaign stays at 1 a day.

  • Still warming: build your lists and write your copy. See How do warmup and ramp-up work, and when can I start sending?

Expected outcome

You know the day your inboxes start sending and when they reach full volume: 25 a day per inbox, about 1,000 a day per Bundle.

FAQ

Why is it still 1 a day after a week?

The inbox isn't sending in a live campaign, or the week included a weekend. Ramp-up only moves on weekdays when the inbox sends in a launched campaign.

Does 0/28 show my warmup progress?

No. It counts campaign emails sent today against today's limit. Warmup emails aren't counted.

My pre-warmed inboxes show warmup days remaining.

That shouldn't happen. Message us with a screenshot of the Inboxes page.

Why is Emails Sent lower than my limit?

The limit is a ceiling. Sends also depend on your campaign's sending days and hours and how many leads are due today.

When should I contact support?

If warmup should have finished but the inbox isn't Ready, or inboxes in the same Bundle sit on different limits for no reason. Send us a message in the app. Our support team replies Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET, usually within 2 hours. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.
