TL;DR
Each ListKit Bundle is billed separately, starting from the date you signed up for that bundle, and renews on that date (monthly, or every 6 or 12 months on a longer plan). ListKit does not prorate.
Each bundle's renewal covers everything in it: sending volume, domains, inboxes and credits.
Domains are free for as long as you're subscribed; ListKit covers the registration cost.
To add volume, add another bundle from the Billing page. It starts right away and is charged in full from that day, with no proration. To reduce volume, cancel one bundle and it stops at the end of its period.

How the billing cycle works
Each bundle renews on the same date each period, based on the date you added it. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your renewal date is the 15th of every following month.
Each bundle is one line item. If you have several bundles, each appears as its own charge on its own date.

Credits are bundled into your subscription tier — they are not billed as a separate line item on top of your monthly price.

There are no additional costs beyond your subscription price, unless you choose to buy extra credits in the app with Get more credits. Everything needed to run high-volume cold email is included.
Domains: how they're billed
Domains are free for as long as you remain subscribed. You choose the domain names you want, and ListKit registers them and covers the registration fee.

Am I charged separately for credits?
No. Each bundle's price includes its 10,000 credits per month.
What happens to my domains if I cancel?

Why does ListKit show a dollar amount next to domains?
That figure (for example ~$300/yr at 1,000/day) is the value ListKit covers for you. It is not a charge, and you never get a separate domain or inbox bill.
Is my renewal date the same every month?
Yes. Each bundle renews on the date you added it, and it renews on that same date every period.
