How does ListKit billing work?

TL;DR

  • ListKit's Full Cold Email Stack is a single monthly subscription that renews every month.

  • One renewal charge covers everything as a bundle — sending volume, domains, inboxes, and credits.

  • Domains are free for as long as you're subscribed; ListKit covers the registration cost.

  • Volume tier changes (upgrades/downgrades) take effect at your next renewal, not immediately.

When you'd use this / Why it matters

Use this article to understand exactly what you're being charged for, when you're charged, and what's included in that single monthly price — so there are no surprises on your billing statement.

How the billing cycle works

Your subscription renews monthly, on the same date each month based on your original signup date. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, your renewal date is the 15th of every following month.

Each renewal charges you for the entire bundle as one line item — not separate charges for sending volume, domains, and credits. Everything renews together, on the same date, for one price.

What's included in your monthly price

Every tier includes the same full feature set — only the daily sending volume and price scale up:

  • Triple-Verified leads — export B2B contacts using AI Search

  • Email Engine — high-volume cold email sending with inbox warmup included

  • Domains & Inboxes — configured exclusively for your outreach

  • AI Script Writing Agent — cold email copy generated from ListKit's top-performing templates

  • 1-on-1 concierge onboarding call

  • Slack community + weekly live calls & webinars

  • Cold email mastery course

  • Free domains — you pick the names, ListKit registers and covers the cost

Credits are bundled into your subscription tier — they are not billed as a separate line item on top of your monthly price.

Pricing by daily sending volume

Daily volume

Monthly price

1,000/day

$597/month

2,000/day

$1,194/month

3,000/day

$1,791/month

5,000/day

$2,985/month

10,000/day

$5,970/month

There are no additional costs beyond your monthly subscription price — everything needed to run high-volume cold email is included.

Domains: how they're billed

Domains are free for as long as you remain subscribed. You choose the domain names you want, and ListKit registers them and covers the registration fee.

Domain fee value by tier (covered by ListKit, not billed to you separately):

Daily volume

Domain fees covered (per year)

1,000/day

~$300/yr

2,000/day

~$600/yr

3,000/day

~$900/yr

5,000/day

~$1,500/yr

10,000/day

~$3,000/yr

This coverage is tied to your active subscription — it's part of the same bundle that renews monthly, not a separate annual charge.

Changing your volume tier (upgrade or downgrade)

If you change your daily sending volume — for example, moving from 1,000/day to 2,000/day — the change takes effect at your next renewal, not immediately. Your current billing cycle continues at your existing tier until it renews.

If you need an exception to this (for example, an immediate upgrade), contact [email protected] or reach out via in-app live chat.

Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Understand what your monthly subscription charge covers

  • Know that domains, inboxes, sending volume, and credits are billed as one bundle

  • Anticipate when a volume tier change will take effect

  • Know who to contact for billing exceptions

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Am I charged separately for credits?
No. Credits are bundled into your monthly subscription tier.

What happens to my domains if I cancel?
Domain coverage is tied to your active subscription. If you cancel, ListKit's coverage of the domain registration cost ends along with the subscription.

Can I upgrade my volume tier immediately instead of waiting for renewal?
Not by default — tier changes take effect at the next renewal. Contact [email protected] or use in-app chat if you need an exception.

Is my renewal date the same every month?
Yes. Your renewal date is based on the date you originally subscribed, and it renews on that same date every month.
