How soon can I send?
Branded inboxes take up to 72 hours to set up, then warm up for 14 days (about 2 to 3 weeks from signup). Pre-warmed inboxes skip warmup. After that, every inbox ramps up: it starts at 1 email a day and adds 4 on each weekday it sends in a live campaign (1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25), so it reaches 25 a day on its 7th sending day, about 9 calendar days.
Pre-warmed domains and inboxes are usually ready within minutes. Occasionally setup takes up to 72 hours.

If I sign up today, can I start sending today?
Usually, if you pick pre-warmed inboxes and they're in stock. They're usually ready within minutes (occasionally up to 72 hours). Each inbox then ramps up from 1 email a day to 25 a day over its first 7 sending days. New branded domains take about 2 to 3 weeks before the ramp-up starts.
Does buying another Bundle give me more credits?
Yes. Each Bundle adds 10,000 credits a month from the day you buy it. Credits aren't back-dated.
Is the 1,000 a day leads or emails?
Emails. In a 3-step sequence each lead can get up to 3 emails, so you need fewer new leads per day than emails per day.
Is there a free trial?
No. ListKit doesn't offer a free trial.
Are the domains really free?
Yes, while you're subscribed. ListKit buys them and there are no domain renewal fees passed to you. When your subscription ends, your domains and inboxes are deleted with the rest of your account, and ListKit doesn't transfer domains.
Can I pick my domain names?
With new branded domains, yes. With pre-warmed domains, ListKit assigns already-warmed .info domains.
How does a Bundle compare to buying separate tools?
One Bundle replaces a lead database, an email verifier, a sending platform, an inbox provider and a domain registrar. Everything is set up to work together, and you have one support team to contact.
Is there a monthly sending cap?
Your daily volume is set by your inboxes. ListKit doesn't stop campaigns for normal sending.
Is ListKit done-for-you?
No. ListKit handles the infrastructure. You run your own campaigns, with help from the onboarding call and the community.
