All payments are final. Read the full policy at listkit.io/refunds. Your first payment buys domains and inboxes for your account right away, so it can't be returned.

TL;DR

  • All payments are final. Read the full policy at listkit.io/refunds.

  • Your first payment buys and sets up domains and inboxes for your account right away.

  • ListKit doesn't prorate. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund past payments.

  • Extra Bundles and credit packs are final too.

  • Talk to us before you dispute a charge.

When you'd use this

Use this if you're thinking about a refund, or want to know what happens to payments when you cancel.

Why payments are final

When you subscribe, ListKit immediately buys and sets up domains, Google inboxes and the rest of your sending setup from third-party providers. Registered domains can't be returned, so these costs are incurred before you send a single email.

Common requests that are not grounds for a refund

  • Campaign results, reply rates or booked meetings you're not happy with

  • Not launching yet, or waiting for setup or warmup to finish

  • Forgetting your renewal date

The full list is in the policy at listkit.io/refunds.

Domains and inboxes

Domains and inboxes are part of your ListKit service. ListKit doesn't transfer domains. If a refund is ever issued, the domains, inboxes and software it paid for are shut down.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Bundle stays active until its renewal date, then ends. See How do I cancel my ListKit subscription?

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us and give us a fair chance to fix any billing concern before you open a chargeback or payment dispute. If a dispute is opened, ListKit may:

  • Suspend or close your account

  • Suspend your domains and inboxes

  • Stop onboarding and support

  • Recover unpaid balances and dispute costs

  • Share evidence of your purchase and account activity with the payment provider

Expected outcome

You know that payments are final, what happens when you cancel, and where to read the full policy.
