In chat: Cancellation and refund requests go to a teammate. We will not walk Settings cancel steps in the conversation — ask support in-app or at [email protected] and we will take it from there. The steps below are for when you are cancelling yourself inside the ListKit app.
TL;DR
You can cancel from the Billing page: click your initials at the bottom left, then Billing.
Cancellation stops your subscription at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
When your last bundle ends, you lose access to your account, including credits, Order History, campaigns and domains. If you cancel one bundle but keep others, only that bundle's domains, inboxes and credits go.
If you have multiple sending bundles, each can be cancelled independently.
When you'd use this / Why it matters
Use this article if you want to cancel your ListKit subscription and understand exactly what happens to your account, data, and domains afterward.
Step-by-step: How to cancel
Click your initials (bottom-left of the sidebar)
Select Billing
Scroll down to Your sending bundles
Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the bundle you want to cancel
Click Cancel subscription
Each bundle is billed separately from its own signup date, so cancel each bundle before its own renewal date. ListKit does not prorate: payments already made are not refunded, including for part of a period. See What is ListKit's refund and cancellation policy?
About your sending bundles
Each sending bundle renews on its own date and can be cancelled independently. If you have more than one active bundle, cancelling one does not automatically cancel the others — repeat the steps above for each bundle you want to cancel.
You can see your bundle's renewal date, monthly price, and domain expiration date directly on the Billing page before cancelling.
What happens after you cancel
Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Once it officially ends, you will lose access to:
Your credits
Order History
Login access to your account
Your campaigns, replies, and stats
Your domains
Any data stored inside your account
Saved filters
Cancelling your last bundle is a full account-level loss of access, not a partial downgrade — plan accordingly before cancelling if you need to export or save anything.
Before you cancel: what to save
Since cancellation removes access to your data, consider doing the following first:
Download any lists from Order History
Export or note any Saved Filters you want to reuse later
Save any campaign data, replies, or analytics you need from Email Engine
Note that domains are not transferred to you when you cancel unless ListKit agrees in writing
Expected outcome
You should now be able to:
Locate and complete the cancellation process
Understand exactly what you'll lose access to after cancellation
Take steps to preserve important data before your access ends
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Do I lose access immediately when I click Cancel subscription?
No. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Access is removed once that period ends.
I have multiple sending bundles. Does cancelling one cancel all of them?
No. Each bundle renews and cancels independently — you'll need to cancel each one separately if you want to end all of them.
Can I get my data back after cancelling?
Once cancellation takes effect, account data including credits, order history, campaigns, and saved filters are no longer accessible. Export or save anything important beforehand.
What happens to my domains specifically?
You lose access to your domains once cancellation takes effect. Domains were covered under your subscription and are tied to it.
Can I reactivate after cancelling?
If you'd like to resubscribe or have questions about reactivation, contact [email protected] or use in-app live chat.
