TL;DR
Every reply from leads in your campaigns lands in Master Inbox (next.listkit.io/master-inbox), across all your inboxes.
You don't have to keep checking it. Positive-reply notifications email you when a reply is Interested or Meeting booked.
AI labels each reply with a category. AI can mislabel, so skim your replies and change the category when needed.
Reply to leads right from Master Inbox. You can add CC and BCC and share links.
You can see files leads send you, but you can't attach files yourself. Share a link instead.

Use Master Inbox every time a lead replies: to answer interested leads, check what the AI labeled, and keep your pipeline organized.
How it works
Folders
Use the dropdown at the top left to switch between All Inboxes, Unread Replies, Sent and Archive. Use Search messages to find a lead.
The list
Each conversation shows the lead's name and email, how long ago they replied, a New badge if it's unread, a category and the campaign it came from.
Categories
If AI Lead Categorization is on in the campaign, each reply gets a category: Interested, Meeting booked, Not Interested, Out Of Office, Unsubscribed, Bounced, Uncategorized or Nurture. Interested and Meeting booked trigger positive-reply notifications. If a category is wrong, open the conversation and change it.
Filters
Filter by campaign and by one or more categories. See How do I filter replies in Master Inbox?.
Replying
Open a conversation to see the whole thread, then reply. You can also reply to everyone on the thread or forward it.
Add CC or BCC recipients, for example your main business email. See How do I use CC and BCC when replying?.

You can't attach files to replies yet. See Can I send or receive attachments in Master Inbox?.
What doesn't show
Test emails you send to your own ListKit inboxes. Master Inbox only shows replies from your leads.

FAQ
When I get a reply to an email, does it only show up here? Do I have to keep checking this website for replies?
Yes, replies show up in Master Inbox. You don't have to keep checking it: turn on positive-reply notifications to get an email for Interested and Meeting booked replies. See How do I get notified when a lead replies?.
Can I log in to my ListKit inboxes in Gmail?
No. ListKit-provided inboxes are Google Workspace inboxes that ListKit manages for sending, and there's no password access. All replies come to Master Inbox.
Can I reply from my phone?
There's no mobile app. Use Master Inbox in your web browser, and turn on notifications so you know when to check.
The AI marked an out-of-office reply as Interested. What do I do?
Open the conversation and change the category. AI categories are usually right, but always skim before you act.
Why don't I see any replies?
Replies appear once your campaigns are live and leads respond. Make sure your campaign is Active and sending.
Does a reply stop the sequence?
