How do I filter replies in Master Inbox?

TL;DR

  • Access Master Inbox from Email Engine in the left sidebar

  • Switch between All Inboxes, Unread Replies, Sent, and Archive using the dropdown at the top left

  • Use the filter icon to filter replies by category, Interested, Not Interested, Out of Office, Unsubscribed, Bounced, Uncategorized, or Meeting Booked

  • To see only positive replies, select Specific Lead Category and choose Interested



How to filter replies in Master Inbox

Step 1: Open Master Inbox

Go to Email Engine in the left sidebar and click Master Inbox.


Step 2: Choose your view

Click the dropdown at the top left to switch between:

  • All Inboxes: every reply across all campaigns and inboxes

  • Unread Replies: replies you have not read yet

  • Sent: emails sent from Master Inbox

  • Archive: archived conversations

Step 3: Open Filter Options

Click the filter icon at the top right of the inbox, next to the refresh button.

Step 4: Filter by category

Select Specific Lead Category and choose one or more categories from the dropdown:

  • Interested: prospects who replied positively

  • Not Interested: prospects who declined

  • Out of Office: automated out of office replies

  • Unsubscribed: prospects who opted out

  • Bounced: emails that did not deliver

  • Uncategorized: replies not yet categorized

  • Meeting Booked: prospects who have booked a call

To see only your positive replies, select Specific Lead Category and choose Interested.



Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Ignore Lead Category and Specific Lead Category?
Ignore Lead Category shows all replies regardless of how they are categorized. Specific Lead Category lets you filter down to one or more specific reply types.

Can I filter by more than one category at once?
Yes. You can select multiple categories from the dropdown to view replies across several categories at the same time.
