TL;DR
ListKit connects to your other tools through webhooks. Use them to send campaign events to Zapier, your CRM, or your own app.
Webhooks are set up from the Integrations page in your account.
To import contacts from HubSpot for enrichment, use Enrichment, then Import from CRM.
Once a webhook is saved, events are sent automatically until you pause or delete it.
When you'd use this / Why it matters
Integrations let you automate what happens in ListKit, for example sending every Interested reply to your CRM through Zapier. If you send with Email Engine, you don't need an integration to load leads: import them straight from Order History (see How do I push leads from Order History directly into a campaign?).
Available integrations
ListKit currently supports:
Webhooks (on the Integrations page): push lead category changes, replies, sends, campaign status changes and inbox warmup completion to Zapier, a CRM, or any HTTPS URL. Each webhook can cover all campaigns or just one.
HubSpot (in Enrichment, under Import from CRM): import records and push enriched data back.
How to access integrations
Log into your ListKit account at next.listkit.io
From the left-side menu, click Integrations
You'll see the Webhooks card. Click Manage webhooks to open the Webhooks page

Troubleshooting / FAQs
Do I need to set up a webhook again for every event?
No. Once saved, a webhook stays active until you pause or delete it.
Can I have multiple webhooks at the same time?
Yes. You can add as many destinations as you need, and each one can receive every campaign or just one.
Where do I manage or remove webhooks?
Open Integrations in the left-side menu and click Manage webhooks. You can add, pause, edit or delete each webhook there.
What happened to the Zapier API key, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Smartlead and Workflows?
They are no longer available. Use webhooks to send data to Zapier or your CRM, and import leads into campaigns from Order History.
What if a webhook stops delivering?
Check that the Destination URL is correct and reachable. After 10 failed deliveries in a row, ListKit pauses the webhook and emails the account owner. Edit and save the webhook to turn it back on. If you're still stuck, start with in-app live chat and support will help troubleshoot.
