In ListKit 2.0, your credits are what power every action you take inside the platform, from exporting leads and different fields to enriching data and verifying emails.

Here’s a breakdown of how the credit system works, where each type is used, and how to track or purchase more.

Viewing Your Credits

To check your current balance:

  1. Click on your email at the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.

  2. Select Billing.

  3. When the page loads, you’ll see your current credit usage and your credit renewal date (which matches your subscription renewal date).

You’ll notice two types of credits in ListKit 2.0:

  • Universal Credits

  • Verification Credits

Let’s break down what each one does.

Verification Credits

Verification Credits are used only inside the Email Verification Tool.

Here’s how they work:

  • Upload a CSV file of leads that were exported from a source other than ListKit.

  • Each email verified will cost 1 Verification Credit.

  • Verification performed here is single verification (unlike ListKit’s triple verification).

Pro Tip:
You don’t need to verify ListKit-generated leads here, as selecting the verification option while placing the order enables ListKit's Triple Verification for those leads, which gives you much higher accuracy.

Only use Verification Credits for external leads you want to validate.

Universal Credits

Universal Credits are used everywhere else in ListKit, including B2B Search, Intent Data, and Enrichment.

These credits are consumed whenever you export High-Value fields or enrich leads.

The cost depends on the fields you select.

Example: B2B Search

When you reach the checkout after setting your filters, you’ll see a list of export options with the credit cost for each:

Field

Business Email's Triple Verification

Personal Email's Triple Verification

Mobile Number

Additional Fields (e.g., LinkedIn URL, Tech Stack, Funding)

+1 each

Basic Fields (e.g., Name, Job Title, Domain, Company Name)

So, if you export 1000 leads with:

  • Business Email (+1)

  • Triple Verification (+1)

  • Company LinkedIn URL (+1)

Each lead costs 3 credits, or 3000 credits total.

Intent Data

The same credit structure applies when exporting leads from Intent Data:

  • Business Email: 1

  • Triple Verification: +1

  • Personal Email: 2

  • Mobile Number: 5

  • Additional High Value Fields: +1 each

  • Basic Fields: Free

Pro Tip:
Always remember that ListKit's Intent Data refreshes every 24 hours, providing new fresh leads to export every single day!

Enrichment Tool

When enriching a CSV file, ListKit charges Universal Credits based on what data you want to enrich.

You’ll first map your CSV columns, then choose which fields to enrich:

Once done, ListKit will provide you with a new Pop up asking you for what info you'd like to enrich your CSV with for both the lead, and the lead's company.

Free Fields:

  • Leads: First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Location

  • Company: Company Name, Domain, Industry, Employee Count, Company Location.

Paid Fields:
