Overview
ListKit offers two ways to verify emails:
Triple Verification (During Export):
When you set your filters and move to the checkout page inside ListKit, you’ll be able to select whether you want to export Business Emails or Business Emails (Triple Verified).
Choosing the Triple Verified option ensures that your leads go through three layers of verification before being delivered — providing the highest accuracy and deliverability.
Single Verification (Email Verification Tool):
The Email Verification tool is designed for leads that were exported from sources outside of ListKit. It performs a single verification pass to validate whether the emails are active and safe to use.
- We recommend always using triple verification when exporting leads directly from ListKit.
- The Email Verification tool should only be used when verifying leads that come from other sources.
How to Access the Email Verification Tool
Click on the icon below the ListKit logo to expand the sidebar.
Select “Email Verifier” from the menu options.
Verifying Emails Using a CSV File
On the Email Verifier page, click the “Verify Email” button.
Upload your CSV file by:
Clicking the upload box to select a file from your computer, or
Dragging and dropping your CSV file directly into the upload area.
Once the file is added, click “Start Verifying.”
The verification process will begin automatically.
Once completed, the results will be available for download in the Order History page or sent directly to your registered email.
Verifying Emails by Pasting
If you prefer not to upload a file, you can manually paste emails for verification:
Click on the “Paste Email” tab.
Copy all the emails you’d like to verify from your list or spreadsheet.
Paste them into the text box provided.
Click “Start Verifying Emails.”
The system will begin validating each email immediately and display the detected count before starting.
Viewing and Downloading Verification Results
After the verification is complete, you can access your results in two ways:
Order History Page:
Go to the Order History section from the left menu.
Click on “Verifier” below the “Search History” bar to filter for verification orders.
Once your order is ready, hover over your order, then click “Download” to export your verified list.
Email Delivery:
The verification results are also automatically sent to the email linked to your ListKit account.
Using the Email Verification tool ensures that your external leads are accurate, active, and ready to use safely in your outreach campaigns, without needing to pay for additional verification tools.
