Need to verify leads from outside ListKit? Our Email Verification feature lets you verify email addresses from any source. Whether you have a single contact or a full CSV file, ensure your external leads are verified before launching your campaigns.
Note: ListKit leads are automatically Triple-Verified upon export and don't require additional verification.

How to Use ListKit’s Email Verification Tool
Follow these simple steps to verify your external leads:
Step 1: Log into Your ListKit Dashboard
First, access your ListKit account by logging in at ListKit Login.
Step 2: Navigate to the Email Verification Section
Once logged in, locate the Email Verification section in the menu on the left side of your dashboard.
Step 3: Choose a Verification Method
ListKit offers three different email verification methods:
Single Email – Validate a specific email address.
Paste Email List – Quickly verify multiple emails at once.
File Upload – Upload a CSV file for bulk verification.
Using "Single Email"
Head to the "Single email" tab
Enter the email address you want to verify in the provided text field.
Click on Verify button
Wait for the verification results to display.
After a few minutes, your order will be complete and you'll know whether the email you had was "Good", "Bad", or "Risky". We do not recommend using "Risky" emails as they may harm your senders' reputation.
Using "Paste Email List"
Head to the "Paste email list" tab
Copy all the emails you want to verify.
Paste them into the text field.
Click on Verify button
Then wait for the verification process to complete.
Your order will be displayed next, and the "Download results" button will be clickable once the verification is complete.
Using "File Upload"
Head to the "File upload" tab
Click on Upload File.
Drag and drop your CSV file into the designated area, or click Browse to select a file from your device.
Wait for the file to load, then click Start Verifying.
Wait for the CSV file to be uploaded. Once it is, a confirmation popup will appear, then you can close it.
ListKit will process your order, and when it’s ready, you’ll receive an email notification with a download link, or you can download your order by clicking on the "Download results" button, which will become blue and clickable once the verification is complete.
Step 4: Access Your Order History
To review past verifications or download previous results:
Click on the Order History tab in the left-side menu.
Scroll through your previous orders.
Click Download on the order you need.
