Overview

The Enrichment Tool in ListKit 2.0 helps you fill in missing information about your leads or companies using the data you already have.

Whether you only have a LinkedIn URL, name, or company domain, the Enrichment Tool can automatically find verified contact details, such as business emails, job titles, company information, and more, within minutes.

It’s designed to help you:

  • Complete partial lead lists from external sources.

  • Update outdated lead data with verified and accurate information.

  • Ensure your outreach lists are as complete and ready-to-use as possible.

If your list already contains some lead details, you can upload it to Enrichment or import it from your CRM (HubSpot currently supported). ListKit will then match and fill in the rest automatically based on your selected data fields.

Upload a CSV File

  1. Head to the enrichment tab in the ListKit left-side menu

  2. Click on Upload CSV File.

  3. A pop-up will appear, either drag and drop your CSV file or click Browse File to select it manually.

  4. Name your enrichment list and click Upload.

  5. You’ll then see a new window showing all the columns detected in your CSV file.

  6. Columns detected refers to the amount of columns that got detected in your CSV file - Recognized refers to the amount of columns that ListKit managed to map - Need Mapping refers to the amount of columns that were not recognized and ListKit wasn't able to map them out.

  7. Use the dropdown menus to map your columns to the correct data types — for example:

    • LinkedIn URL → LinkedIn URL (Lead)

    • First Name → First Name

    • Company Name → Company Name, etc.

  8. Once your columns are mapped correctly, click Continue.

Import from CRM

At the moment, the only other way we have is to import from HubSpot. To do so:

  1. Click on the Import from CRM button.

  2. Connect your HubSpot account

  3. Select your HubSpot Account then proceed connecting the leads to the enrichment tool using the same steps above.

Selecting Data to Enrich

After mapping your columns, you’ll be able to choose what data you want ListKit to enrich and export.

From the Lead tab, you can select:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Job Title

  • Location

  • Business Email

  • Triple Verified Business Email

  • Mobile Phone Number

  • Personal LinkedIn URL

  • Personal Email

  • Triple Verified Personal Email

Some of these fields require additional credits.

From the Company tab, you can select:

  • Company Name

  • Domain

  • Industry

  • Employee Count

  • Company Location

  • Company Address

  • Company LinkedIn URL

  • Tech Stack

  • Funding

After selecting the fields you’d like to enrich, click Continue.

Choosing Providers and Starting Enrichment

  1. Next, you’ll be prompted to select your Enrichment Providers, you can choose one or select all available providers.

  2. Choose the Email Finder Tools you’d like to include as well.

  3. Click Continue once your selections are made.

  4. Review your credit balance and the number of credits that will be used for this order, then click Start Enrichment to begin the process.

Monitoring and Downloading Your Results

Once your enrichment order is placed, a new page will appear showing the progress of your enrichment process in real time.

All of the leads you uploaded will be displayed in a table, with each column representing the data fields you requested. At first, all leads will show the status “Enriching.”

As ListKit processes each lead:

  • When a lead is successfully enriched, its status will change from “Enriching” to “Enriched.” The data you requested. such as business emails, job titles, or company info. will automatically populate in the table.

  • If ListKit is unable to find information for a specific lead based on what you provided, its status will change to “Not Found.” This usually happens when additional details (like LinkedIn URL or company domain) are needed to accurately identify the lead.

Once the system finishes processing all leads:

  • The main order status at the top of the page will update to “Completed.”

  • The progress bar will show 100% complete.

  • You’ll then be able to download your enriched file by clicking the Download button at the top right of the page.
