How To Navigate Your ListKit Order History

Order History will help you keep track of your lists, re-download leads, and see your previous search filters

First, click on the order history icon on the left side of the screen:

Next, Click on the "Go to history" button

Once you're in the order history tab, you have multiple options and data:


Display Name:

You can change the Display Names of your previous orders to keep them organized and easily accessible.

You can change the display name by clicking on the pen icon:

Date:

Displays the date of when you exported the list!

Verified Records:

Shows the number of the triple-verified leads that you successfully exported.

Excluded Emails:

This shows that the "Exclude All" feature was on or not.

If the feature was on, this means your export will not contain any of the previous leads you have exported with ListKit.

New Workflow

By clicking on this button, you can create a workflow based on this order and the filters that were used to create it. Refer to our workflows article for more info on how to create a new workflow.

Get More Leads

By clicking on this button, you can Re-order to place a new order using the same filters and get more leads which target the same audience. The "View filters" option allows you to see the filters that were used when this order was placed.

Download

The Download button allows you to download the CSV file which contains the leads that were exported in this order

The 3 Dots

All of the options found under the 3 dots allow you to send this order to any CRM which you're using that is connected to your ListKit account. It also allows you to either send the leads by email, or create a link which you can use to share this order with your colleagues.
