Once you're done building your ideal list, click "Next Step" at the top right of your page.

After that, make sure that the "Exclude option" is Ticked!

If, for any reason, you'd like to have previous emails downloaded again, untick the "Exclude option".

However, please remember that this will charge you credits for emails you paid for before.
