Introducing Workflows: Automate Your Lead Generation Pipeline

Say goodbye to manual exports and hello to continuous lead flow! ListKit's new Workflows feature supercharges your Data Stream by automatically handling your lead exports exactly how you want them, when you want them.

Whether you need fresh leads downloaded daily or pushed directly to your CRM or cold email sending tool at the start of every new subscription period, Workflows handles it all in the background while you focus on what matters most – connecting with your prospects and closing deals.

With Workflows, you can:
• Automatically export new leads from the Data Stream or B2B search
• Choose between direct downloads or CRM integrations
• Set it once and let it run – no more manual exports
• Keep your pipeline consistently filled with verified leads

Ready to put your lead generation on autopilot? Let's dive into how to set up your first Workflow.

How to setup a Workflow

Setting up your first workflow is simple. Follow these steps to automate your lead generation process:

1- Navigate to Workflows • Click the Workflows icon on the left side of your dashboard

2- Prepare Your Integration (Optional) • If you plan to push leads to your CRM or cold email sending tool, ensure it's connected through the "Popular Integrations" section before proceeding

3- Create Your Workflow • Under "Recent Orders," locate the order you want to automate • Click the "Start Workflow" button for that order •

When the workflow creation popup appears, we'll start customizing the workflow settings.

1- Rename your workflow for easy identification by clicking the pencil icon

2- Review your order filters by clicking "View Filters" under the "Actions" section to make sure you're not missing any filters.

3- Enable notifications (optional) to track your workflow's performance

Next, click on "Set Schedule", which is located in the middle of the workflow creation pop up.

In the text field under "Actions", you will be setting how frequently you'd like the workflow to run.

For B2B users: You can set to 30 days to align with subscription periods and make sure you use all of your credits.
For Data Stream users: You can set this to 1 day to capture the new leads that get added to the "Data Stream" on a daily basis!

Next, we'll need to define the lead criteria. Click on "Lead Criteria" in the middle of the workflow creation pop up.

A new section will be opened.
1- Under the "Credit redemption options", select your credit redemption preferences.
2- Under the "Lead quantity", specify the number of leads you'd like the workflow to be exporting.
3- Toggle the "Exclude option" if you'd like ListKit to ignore and exclude leads that have been exported in previous orders.

And at the bottom of the section, pick any of your connected integrations if you'd like to have your leads sent there (if applicable).

Finally, click "Publish" in the top right corner, and your workflow will be created.

How To Manage Your Workflows

To monitor and modify your workflows:

Access Your Workflows by clicking the "Workflows" button in the left side menu.

To edit your workflow, click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of the desired workflow.

Update Frequency: Modify how often your workflow runs.
Edit: Access the full workflow creation menu to make any changes.
Pause: Temporarily stop the workflow.
Delete: Remove the workflow entirely.

Performance Monitoring

Click directly on any workflow to view:
1- How many orders the workflow has placed
2- The amount of leads the workflow has exported.
3- When the workflow will be running next
