How to handle email replies that say “This person no longer works at this company”

Sometimes, while doing outreach, you may come across people who no longer work at the company.

While this sometimes may happen, it is a considerably negligible percentage of the leads you will come across with a sufficiently high enough volume of your cold outreach.

Just like if you’re running ads, you will never be able to get in front of a 100% correct distribution of leads.

However, upon encountering this ourselves over millions of cold emails, we’ve developed a system to get these leads to connect you with the proper decision-maker.

This is our script for doing so:

“Hi {{first}}!I was in touch with XYZ and was informed they’re no longer with {{company_name}}, and you’re the best contact to reach out to.

The reason I reached out to them was because {{offer}}.

Are you interested in learning more?”

If, for any reason, you find that a significant portion of your leads across hundreds or more of credits no longer work at the company, please get in touch with us so we can resolve the issue and add the credits back into your account.
