In Master Inbox you can select several conversations and change their category at once, instead of fixing replies one by one.

How to recategorize several replies
Step 1: Open Master Inbox and find the replies
Open Master Inbox from the sidebar. To find a group, use the filters: pick a campaign and a category. See How do I filter replies in Master Inbox?.
Step 2: Select the conversations
Select the conversations you want to change.
Step 3: Choose the new category
Change their category in one step. All the selected conversations move to the category you pick.
Step 4: Check the result
Filter by the new category to make sure the right conversations landed there.
The categories
Interested | Leads who replied positively. AI sometimes marks automatic replies as Interested. |
Meeting booked | Leads who booked a call. |
Not Interested | Leads who declined. |
Out Of Office | Automatic out-of-office replies. |
Unsubscribed | Leads who opted out. |
Bounced | Emails that didn't deliver and were categorized. |
Uncategorized | Replies the AI couldn't label. Check these yourself. |
Nurture | A category you can assign to a reply. |
