TL;DR
Paste a list of company domains into Include Companies to search only those companies.
Paste domains into Exclude Companies to remove clients, competitors or past targets. Exclude always wins.
Paste domains only, like domain.com, one per line or separated by commas. No headers or labels.
Add Job Title to reach the right people, then export as usual.
When you'd use this
Use Include Companies when you already know exactly which companies you want: a dream account list, event exhibitors, a directory you scraped or any list of domains. Use Exclude Companies to keep clients, competitors and partners out of your lists.
Step-by-step: search a list of companies
Open the Leads page from the sidebar (or go to next.listkit.io/leads).
Click Filters and open Include Companies under Company Filters.
Paste your domains. Use the format domain.com, one per line or separated by commas. Leave out column headers, company names and labels.
Add Job Title (and Seniority Level if useful) so you only get the decision-makers.
Check your Net New count, then click Download Leads.
Choose your Lead quantity and Max leads per company, check the order summary and click Confirm & Export.
At checkout, Exclude previously ordered contacts is on by default, so you won't be sold the same person twice on a new order. Leave it on unless you deliberately want to export people you already have.
Domain format
Correct:
nike.com
adidas.com
stripe.com, asana.com, notion.so
Incorrect: a header row such as "URL" or "Website", or company names next to the domains. Anything that isn't a domain gets matched too and can cause bad matches.
Links with http:// or www are usually cleaned up automatically, but plain domain.com is safest. Duplicates are fine.
Large lists
There is no fixed limit on how many domains you can paste, but very large lists can make the page slow or time out. Paste a few thousand domains at a time and split bigger lists into batches.
Exclude Companies
Open Exclude Companies under Company Filters and paste the domains you never want to see, in the same format.
Exclude always wins: an excluded company never appears, even if it matches every other filter, including Include Companies.
An exclude list only applies to the search it is on. To reuse it, click Save Filters to save the search, or paste the list into each new search.
Common uses: current and past clients, competitors, partners, companies that said not interested, and test accounts.
Expected outcome
You have Triple-Verified leads from only the companies you chose, with the companies you never want to contact removed.
FAQ
What if some of my domains return no results?
Not every company is in our database, especially very small ones. Domains with no matches are simply skipped.
Can I combine Include Companies with other filters?
Yes. Job Title is the most useful, so you only reach decision-makers. Location, size and industry filters work too.
How do I avoid contacting the same people twice across searches?
At checkout, Exclude previously ordered contacts is on by default, so you won't be sold the same person twice on a new order. Leave it on unless you deliberately want to export people you already have. To block whole companies, add them to Exclude Companies.
Is this different from enrichment?
Yes. Include Companies finds new Triple-Verified leads at the companies you list. Enrichment adds data to a CSV of contacts you already have. See How do I enrich a lead list, and what data can I add?
Does pasting domains use credits?
No. Searching, filtering and checking counts are free. Credits are only used when you export.
