TL;DR
If you have a list of company domains, you can use the Include Companies filter in ListKit Search to find matching leads in the database
Paste your domains directly into the filter, one domain per line, in the format domain.com, no https needed
ListKit will look up those companies and show you all available leads within them
Export as normal to get triple-verified emails for every contact found
Keep your list to a few thousand domains at a time, larger lists may cause the browser to time out
Why this matters / When you'd use this
If you already have a list of company domains and want to find verified contacts within those companies, the Include Companies filter is the fastest way to do it. Rather than enriching a CSV manually, you paste your domains directly into ListKit Search and let the database do the work, returning triple-verified leads from those specific companies ready to export in minutes.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Go to Search and open the Companies tab
In the left sidebar, click Search and select Companies.
Step 2: Find the Include Companies filter
In the filter panel, locate the Include Companies filter.
Step 3: Paste your domain list
Click into the Include Companies filter and paste your list of domains. Use the format
Keep your list to a few thousand domains at a time. Pasting too many domains at once can cause the browser to slow down or ListKit to time out.
Step 4: Review your results
Once your domains are entered, ListKit will search its database for matching companies and return all available leads within those organizations. You will see the total number of matching contacts at the top of the results.
Step 5: Export your leads
When you are happy with the results, click Confirm and Export as normal. Select how many leads you want to export, set your Max Leads Per Company limit if needed, and confirm. Your leads will be triple-verified at the point of export.
Frequently asked questions
What format should my domains be in?
Use domain.com, no https, no www, and no extra characters. One domain per line or comma separated both work.
How many domains can I paste at once?
Keep it to a few thousand domains at a time. Pasting too many at once can cause the browser to slow down or the search to time out. If you have a very large list, split it into smaller batches.
What if some of my domains return no results?
Not every domain will have contacts in the ListKit database. Domains that return no results are simply not in the database, this is normal, especially for very small or niche companies.
Can I combine Include Companies with other filters?
Yes. You can layer additional filters on top of your domain list, for example, filtering by job title or seniority within those companies to narrow down to specific decision makers.
Is this different from using the Enrichment Tool?
Yes. The Enrichment Tool enriches an existing CSV with additional data points. The Include Companies filter finds and exports fresh triple-verified leads from the ListKit database based on your domain list. Both serve different purposes depending on what you are starting with.
