TL;DR

  • CSV exports are available from Order History.

  • Find the order you want and click Download.

  • Use this when you need leads outside of ListKit — in a CRM, sending tool, or spreadsheet.

  • Every completed order remains downloadable anytime.

When you'd use this / Why it matters

Use a CSV export when you need your leads outside ListKit — for example, uploading into a CRM, a third-party sending tool, or a spreadsheet for manual review. If you're staying inside ListKit's Email Engine, you can skip the CSV entirely and import directly from Order History into a campaign instead (see "How do I push leads from Order History directly into a campaign?").

Step-by-step: Export a CSV

  1. From the left-side menu, click Order History

  2. Find the order you want to export — use the search bar or filter by All history, B2B, Verifier, or Data unlocks

  3. Locate the order in the list

  4. Click Download

Your CSV file will download with the leads from that order.

What you'll see for each order

  • Order/List number (e.g., List #127555)

  • Order type (e.g., Unified)

  • Number of leads downloaded

  • Date and time of the order

  • View filters — see exactly which filters were used for that order

Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Locate any past order in Order History

  • Download it as a CSV file

  • Use that file in any tool outside of ListKit

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Can I re-download a CSV I already downloaded once? Yes. Completed orders remain available for download anytime from Order History.

Do I need to export as CSV if I'm using Email Engine? No — you can import leads from Order History directly into a campaign without exporting a CSV first.

Can I see which filters were used for a specific order? Yes. Click View filters on any order to see its exact filter setup.

Is there a limit to how many times I can download the same order? No limit — you can download a completed order as many times as needed.
