TL;DR
You can import leads from a past order directly into a new Email Engine campaign — no manual export or CSV needed.
This is done from the Campaigns tab under Email Engine.
Select the order, and its leads are pulled straight into your campaign's lead source.
You can also upload a CSV instead, but importing from Order History skips that step entirely.
When you'd use this / Why it matters
Use this when you already have a list sitting in Order History and want to start emailing it right away, without downloading a file and re-uploading it as a CSV.
Step-by-step: Push leads from Order History into a campaign
From the left-side menu, go to Email Engine → Campaigns
Click to create a new campaign
Enter your Campaign name
Under Choose lead source (optional), click Import from order history
From the Select an Order panel, find the order you want to use
Click Select
The leads from that order are now loaded as your campaign's lead source — no CSV upload required.
What you'll see
Each order in the list shows:
The order/list number (e.g., List
#127578)The order type (e.g., B2B)
The number of emails included in that order
This makes it easy to identify the right list before selecting it.
Continuing your campaign setup
Once your leads are imported, continue through the remaining campaign steps:
Add Campaign Details (includes this lead import step)
Create Sequence
Campaign Setup
Review & Publish
Expected outcome
You should now be able to:
Import leads from any past order directly into a new campaign
Skip manual CSV export and re-upload
Move from Order History to an active campaign in just a few clicks
Troubleshooting / FAQs
Do I still need an "Email" column if I import from Order History?
No — that requirement only applies when uploading a CSV manually. Importing from Order History pulls the data directly.
Can I still upload a CSV instead?
Yes. Upload CSV remains available as an alternative if you'd rather use a file from outside ListKit.
Can I select more than one past order?
The Select an Order panel allows you to choose one order at a time.
Is this the same as the Workflows feature?
No. Workflows automate recurring exports on a schedule. This is a one-time, manual import of a specific past order into a new campaign.
