How do I cancel my ListKit subscription?

Cancel each Bundle from the Billing page. It stays active until its renewal date, then everything is deleted.

Written by Andre Haykal Jr

Cancel each Bundle on the Billing page: open the menu next to the Bundle, click Cancel subscription, then follow the screens to confirm. Your bundle stays active until your renewal date.

TL;DR

  • Click your initials at the bottom left, then Billing. Open the three-dot menu next to the Bundle and click Cancel subscription, then follow the screens to confirm.

  • Your bundle stays active until your renewal date, and you keep full access until then.

  • When it ends, everything is deleted: your account, credits, Order History, campaigns, domains and inboxes.

  • Each Bundle cancels separately. Payments aren't refunded, and unused credits aren't kept.

  • ListKit doesn't offer a pause.

When you'd use this

Use this if you want to stop your ListKit subscription, or cancel one of several Bundles.

Step-by-step: cancel a Bundle

  1. Click your initials at the bottom left, then Billing.

  2. Scroll to Your sending bundles.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the Bundle you want to cancel.

  4. Click Cancel subscription.

  5. Follow the screens to confirm. Your cancellation is complete only after you confirm on the last screen.

Repeat these steps for each Bundle you want to cancel. Each Bundle renews on its own date, so cancel each one before its own renewal date.

What happens after you cancel

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. When it takes effect, everything is deleted: your account, credits, Order History, campaigns, domains and inboxes.

If you cancel one of several Bundles, only that Bundle's domains, inboxes and credits are removed when it ends. Your other Bundles keep running.

Domains and inboxes are released when the Bundle ends and can't be restored. ListKit doesn't transfer domains. ListKit doesn't prorate, and payments already made aren't refunded. See What is ListKit's refund policy?

Before your access ends

  • Download any lead lists you want from Order History.

  • Save any replies you need from Master Inbox.

  • Note any saved searches you want to rebuild later.

  • Use your remaining credits. Unused credits are lost when the Bundle ends.

Expected outcome

Your Bundle stays active until its renewal date, you aren't charged again for it, and you've saved everything you need before it ends.

FAQ

Do I lose access as soon as I cancel?
No. Your bundle stays active until your renewal date. Everything is deleted when it ends.

I get an error when I try to cancel. What should I do?
Send us a message. We'll set your Bundle to cancel at the end of your billing period and confirm in writing that you won't be charged again.

Can you confirm all my subscriptions are cancelled?
Check each Bundle under Your sending bundles on the Billing page. If you're not sure, send us a message and we'll confirm in writing.

Can I pause my subscription instead?
ListKit doesn't offer a pause. If you need to stop, you can cancel, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

I cancelled by mistake. Can I undo it?
You can't undo it yourself. Send us a message before your renewal date and our team can keep your subscription active.

I'm still in warmup or setup. What happens if I cancel?
The same rules apply. Your Bundle stays active until its renewal date, payments aren't refunded, and your domains were already bought for your account.

Can I keep my domains and inboxes after my subscription ends?
No. When your subscription ends, your domains and inboxes are deleted with your account. ListKit buys and manages them for sending only, and ListKit doesn't transfer domains.

What happens to my credits when I cancel?
You can use them until the Bundle ends. After that they're gone. Unused credits aren't kept or refunded.

Can you restore my account if I resubscribe later?
No. Once your account is deleted it can't be restored. Resubscribing starts a fresh setup with new domains and inboxes.

I have several Bundles. Does cancelling one cancel all of them?
No. Each Bundle cancels separately.
