Automate Lead Delivery in Under 5 Minutes

Welcome to the ListKit Workflows Super Guide — your go-to resource for setting up powerful automations that send leads from ListKit straight to your favorite tools, like Google Sheets or Smartlead, without lifting a finger.

Whether you’re feeding fresh intent data into campaigns daily or sending niche B2B leads to a CRM every month, Workflows help you save time and stay consistent — so you can focus on what matters: closing deals.

Setting up your first workflow takes less than 5 minutes. Let’s walk you through it.

Step 1: Name Your Workflow

First, give your workflow a clear, practical name that reflects its purpose. This will make it easy to reference later — especially as you build multiple workflows.

Examples:

  • Ecommerce Brands to Google Sheet

  • Commercial Loan Intent to Campaign

  • Fitness Coaches to Cold Email

Think of it as labeling a folder so you know exactly what’s inside.

Step 2: Define “The What” – Which Leads You Want

This is where you decide what lead list your workflow should pull from. You have two options:

Choose Your Source:

  • Saved Filter from B2B Search
(e.g., companies with specific industries, sizes, locations)

  • Saved Filter from Intent Data
(e.g., companies searching for specific keywords)

  • Order History
(leads you’ve already purchased in the past)

Customize Your Lead Pull:

Once you’ve selected the source, you’ll fine-tune your pull with three quick settings:

  • Data Type:
Do you want emails, phone numbers, or both?

  • People Per Company:
How many contacts do you want from each company?

  • Redemption Amount:
How many leads do you want to redeem per pull?

Step 3: Define “The Where” – Where You Want the Leads Sent

This is the destination for your leads.

You can send them to:

  • Google Sheets

  • Smartlead Campaigns

  • Other supported tools (via integrations)

Important:

Before selecting the destination, make sure the tool is connected.

Go to Settings > Integrations and link your tools first — otherwise, they won’t show up in the workflow builder.

Step 4: Define “The When” – How Often Should Leads Be Sent

This is where you set your schedule.

Ask yourself: How frequently do I want this workflow to run?

  • For Intent Data, we recommend daily. New companies are searching every day.

  • For B2B Searches, every 30 days is a solid cadence.

You simply input the number of days between runs — and you’re done!

Recap: Workflows in 3 Simple Questions

  1. The What? – Which leads to pull

  2. The Where? – Where to send them

  3. The When? – How often to run

That’s it. It’s genuinely that simple.

Final Thoughts

Don’t overthink it — most workflows take less than 5 minutes to set up.

Once you’ve got a few running, your outreach pipeline becomes automatic. Leads flow to the right place at the right time, and you never have to worry about refreshing your campaigns or missing opportunities again.

So go ahead, create your first workflow and let ListKit do the heavy lifting.
