How to Cancel Your ListKit Subscription

If you decide to cancel your ListKit subscription, follow these simple steps to complete the process:

Step 1: Log Into Your ListKit Account

Begin by logging into the ListKit account you wish to cancel. Once logged in, navigate to the bottom left corner of your dashboard and click on your initials.

Step 2: Access Settings

From the dropdown menu, click on Settings to open the settings page for your account.

Step 3: Go to the Subscription Plan Page

Once the settings page loads, click on Subscription Plan to view your current subscription details.

Step 4: Initiate the Cancellation Process

On the subscription page, locate and click the Cancel my subscription button on the left side of the page. This will begin the cancellation process.

Step 5: Select a Reason for Cancellation

A new page will appear asking you to select a reason for canceling your subscription from a dropdown list. For example, if you are no longer doing outbound campaigns, you can select No longer doing outbound campaigns.

Step 6: Review Additional Options

Based on the reason you selected, additional pages may appear offering alternatives or solutions. Review these pages carefully, and if none of the offers appeal to you, click on Continue Cancellation to proceed.

Step 7: Pause Option vs. Cancellation

After going through the options, you’ll be presented with an offer to pause your subscription for just $1/month. Pausing your subscription preserves your current credits and order history, ensuring that if you return to ListKit later, you won’t encounter duplicate leads. If you think you may want to rejoin ListKit in the future, the Pause subscription option might be the best choice for you. If not, click Continue Cancellation to finalize the process.

Step 8: Confirm the Cancellation

If you decided to proceed with the cancellation, a final pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the cancellation. Simply click Confirm, and your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation.

Step 9: Access to ListKit Until the End of Your Subscription

You will still be able to use ListKit until the end of your current billing cycle. If you change your mind and decide to resume your subscription, simply return to your dashboard, and click Resume Subscription when prompted.

Step 10: Verify Your Cancellation

To verify that your subscription has been successfully canceled, you can either return to the Subscription Plan page, where a red notification will confirm the cancellation, or contact our support team for assistance.
