In this article, we'll provide you with a step-by-step tutorial to help you find your ListKit subscriptions' receipts and invoices and download them.
First, head to your ListKit Dashboard and log in using the email associated with your ListKit account. Once you're inside, click on your icon at the bottom left corner of the screen, then click on 'Settings.'
Once you're on the settings page, keep scrolling down until you find "Click Here!" next to 'Manage Invoices, Update Card, or Handle Credits,' then click on it.
On the next page, you will be asked to type the email associated with your ListKit account. Enter it and click on "Send".
After clicking on send, you will receive an email from LISTKIT, LLC, with the subject 'Your customer portal login link.' Open the email, then click on "Log in to your customer portal."
On the next page, scroll down, and you'll be able to see your INVOICE HISTORY. Here, you'll find all the invoices and charges you've had with ListKit. If you want to download the receipt or the invoice for one of these charges, click on the icon next to its date.
Lastly, the invoice will pop up on a different page, and you'll have 2 buttons, the first helps you "Download invoice", and the other is to "Download receipt".
