What To Do If ListKit Isn’t Loading Properly

While using ListKit, sometimes you bowser might go through issues due to it trying to save some info to help the browser load faster, and these issues might stop you completely from being able to use ListKit. So here is a quick article on how to clear your browser cache to get back on track in case your browser got stuck:

Quick Method: Using Keyboard Shortcuts

For a quick refresh, you can use a keyboard shortcut that clears the cache for the page you're currently viewing:

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R

  • Mac: Press Command + Shift + R

This forces the browser to reload the page without using the cache, ensuring you see the most up-to-date version.

Clearing Cache in Google Chrome (Windows/Mac)

On Windows:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.

  3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.

  4. Scroll down and click on See all site data and permissions.

  5. Use the search bar to find Listkit.io

  6. Click on the trash can icon next to the website to clear its cache.

On Mac:

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click on Chrome in the top menu bar.

  3. Select Clear Browsing Data.

  4. In the window that appears, choose the time range and make sure "Cached images and files" is checked.

  5. Click Clear data.

Clearing Cache on a Mac Using Safari

If you're using Safari on a Mac, here's how to clear your cache:

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click on Safari in the top menu bar.

  3. Select Preferences.

  4. Go to the Advanced tab and check the box that says "Show Develop menu in menu bar."

  5. Close the Preferences window.

  6. Now, click on Develop in the top menu bar.

  7. Select Empty Caches from the dropdown menu.

Once you're done with this, head to the ListKit App, login again, and any browser issues you were facing should be fixed.
