Even though we do not recommend stopping your cold outreach for any reason, especially if you're already closing deals, as once you've got the momentum going, you have to keep it moving at any cost, some people need to step away for a while. For those people, if you don't know how to pause your ListKit subscription, we've got you covered.

First things first, if you want your account to be paused, you can reach out to us (the support team) using the in-app live chat, and we can do it for you. However, if you'd like to do it manually, feel free to follow the steps below:

How to pause your ListKit subscription

Head to your ListKit dashboard, and log in using the email associated with your ListKit account.

Next, click on your icon, which can be found at the bottom left corner of your dashboard, and click on "Settings".

Once you're on the settings page, click on "Subscription Plan" above your profile icon.

Select "Cancel my subscription"

Click on "Choose a reason" and pick "Don't have any campaigns right now" for the pause option to appear.

Click on "Continue cancellation", on the next page that appears.

Another message will show up, click on "Continue cancellation".

Finally, the "Pause Subscription" button will appear. Now all you'll need to do is click on it, then confirm the pause, and your subscription will be paused.

How to un-pause your ListKit Subscription

If you're ready to join back and get your cold outreach journey going once again and need to un-pause your account, you can reach out to us via ListKit's in-app live chat, and we can reinstate your subscription. You can also do it manually by following these steps:

Log into your ListKit dashboard.

Head to any tab, such as the "B2B Search" tab.

You'll see the "Resume subscription" option. Click on it.

Confirm the transaction (you will be charged the standard price of your previous plan when you click on "Accept").

Finally, your subscription will be reinstated, and you'll regain access to your ListKit account.

We hope this guide helps you manage your ListKit subscription with ease. Make sure to reach out to us in the in-app live chat if you have any questions.
