Whether it's ListKit, or cold emailing in general, we've got you covered. We have articles, videos, live calls, and many other resources to help you either kickstart your journey or shape it into a legendary one. However, if you're ever wondering what the best support channel is, then it would be ListKit's Slack Community.

In this article, we'll explain why we think ListKit's Slack Channel is the most important, and we'll go through all the channels it contains and their purposes.

First, one of the most important aspects is the users and experts in the community. We currently have many experienced users who have been in the cold emailing industry for a long time and have been using ListKit extensively. They can help you with any issues or questions you may have. Additionally, our entire support team is available to assist. So, if you have any questions, post them in the correct channel, and you'll have a bunch of users ready to help you out!

Moreover, ListKit's Slack Community is the main place to find ListKit updates, as our team posts all updates regarding ListKit here. Knowing what's coming next and getting prepared for it will give you an advantage, saving you a lot of time.

In addition to that, and most importantly, we hold weekly calls discussing various topics, including ListKit Q&As, cold emailing, and script writing. Imagine having an expert in these topics holding a live call to answer any questions you may have to help improve your campaigns. All of these calls can be found in the Slack Community. If you're interested in joining these calls, make sure to join ListKit (you need to be an active member to join these calls) and join the Slack Community so you don't miss any of these calls.
