This document outlines the essentials you need to effectively utilize your cold email system. At ListKit, we have set you up for success with the following:

  • Email Accounts: Configured on our private infrastructure for sending cold emails.

  • Sending Tool/Sequencer: Designed to rotate inboxes, allowing you to send cold emails at scale while maintaining deliverability.

  • Lead Data: Provided to help you identify and target your ideal prospects.

  • Initial Scripts: A set of scripts you can use at your discretion to kickstart your campaigns.

Important Reminder: ListKit operates as a technology provider, not a performance-based agency. We serve as your tech partner, similar to how Google or Microsoft provide email inboxes, or other sending tool and data providers operate.

We deliver a comprehensive system with ongoing support; however, managing this system to achieve results is your responsibility. While we provide the technology and support for running your cold email campaigns, we do not assume responsibility for the outcomes generated from your cold email system.

Measuring Success

What to expect:

Once the campaigns first launch, we will start the email accounts on lower sending volume. They will ramp up to full capacity within 10 days give or take. This is in your best interest, as we do this to make sure post warm-up phase our emails are landing in the inbox. We cap each email account for deliverability reasons, beyond this point we have seen IP’s and accounts get flagged.

Moreover, the function of ListKit is to help you send cold emails. The variance on results is outside of our control (who you target, your offer, how well you manage the system). Check our resources guide for help on this.

Campaign Management

Since this is your system, creating new campaigns and optimizing campaigns monthly is therefore your responsibility. We will equip you with the tools, support, and knowledge to do that.
