Use this when you're close to your contact storage limit and want to add leads to a new campaign, or when you're wondering why your storage hasn't reset at the start of a new month.
How to free up contact storage
Step 1: Find the campaigns that are finished
Hover over the progress ring next to each campaign. It shows where each of your leads is in the sequence, so you can see which campaigns have finished.
Step 2: Pause, stop or delete the finished campaigns
Leads in those campaigns stop counting toward your limit, and the space is free for new leads. See How do I edit, pause, duplicate or delete a campaign?.
Step 3: If you need more room, add a Bundle
Each extra Bundle adds 20,000 contacts of storage, 10,000 more credits, 20 more domains and 40 more inboxes, so you can send up to about 1,000 more emails a day. See How do I add more sending volume (another Bundle)?.
Tip: If your campaigns are working, adding a Bundle is usually the better choice. It raises your storage and your sending volume together.
