Open Settings and add the company, LinkedIn URL, email or phone number to your Do Not Contact list. Those contacts are then left out of your future lead orders and your Email Engine campaigns.

How to add to your Do Not Contact list
Step 1: Open Settings
Click your initial at the bottom left to open your account menu, then choose Settings. The Do Not Contact list is near the top.
Step 2: Choose what to add
You can add an entry in any of these ways:
Company URL | Blocks everyone at that business. |
LinkedIn URL | Blocks one person. |
Blocks one email address. | |
Phone or mobile number | Blocks that number. |
Be careful with company URLs. A company URL blocks everyone at that business. Don't exclude a whole business domain unless you're sure.
Step 3: Add the entry and check it
Add the entry. It then applies to your future lead orders and to your Email Engine campaigns. CSV upload is coming soon.
If the person is already in a running campaign

Expected outcome
Contacts on your Do Not Contact list are left out of your future lead orders.
