How do I join the ListKit VIP Community?

Written by Andre Haykal Jr

TL;DR

  • The VIP Community is a private Slack channel included with every ListKit Bundle subscription

  • To join, open Education (the last icon in the left sidebar) and click Join on the Join Slack channel card. You can also email [email protected] with the subject VIP Community

  • You will receive a Slack Connect invite within one business day

  • Slack Connect requires a paid Slack plan on your side. If you hit an upgrade prompt, reply to your support thread and the team will help

  • Once inside, introduce yourself, share what you are selling and who you are targeting, and the team will point you at the right first move

Why this matters / When you'd use this

The VIP Community is where you get unstuck fast, learn what is working right now, and see product updates before they go anywhere else. Questions posted in the channel are usually answered quickly during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET) by the people who build and run ListKit.

It is included in your Bundle subscription at no extra cost. If you are not in yet, this article walks you through exactly how to join.

How to join

Step 1: Click Join in Education

Open Education in the left sidebar and click Join on the Join Slack channel card. If that doesn't work, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject VIP Community.

Step 2: Accept your Slack Connect invite

The team will send you a Slack Connect invite within one business day. Accept it and the listkit-vip-community channel will appear in your Slack sidebar.

Important: Slack Connect requires a paid Slack plan on your side. If you hit an upgrade prompt when accepting the invite, reply to your support thread and the team will help you work through the options.

Step 3: Introduce yourself

Once you are in, introduce yourself in the channel. Share what you are selling and who you are targeting. The team will point you at the right first move based on where you are in your setup.

What you get inside the community

Fast answers from the people who build and run this every day
Pre-warmed inbox ramp-up, warmup schedules, how to split inboxes across campaigns, what bounce rate is safe, when to pause a campaign. Most questions are answered the same business day.

Playbooks you will not find in the docs
Recent drops include three Loom video pitch frameworks with exact wording, a seven-minute walkthrough on turning a positive reply into a booked meeting, a campaign troubleshooting checklist, and a three-minute guide to launching your first campaign.

Monday office hours (12pm ET)
Bring a campaign, a list, or a reply you are not sure how to handle, and the team works it live with you.

Product updates first
New features are announced in the community before anywhere else. Requests raised in the channel go straight to the product team.

Real results from real members
Members share their reply rates, positive replies and deals so you can benchmark. A healthy campaign gets about 1 positive reply per 1,000 people contacted. Real numbers from people at the same stage as you.

Community guidelines

  • Ask in the channel, not in DMs. Someone else has the same question.

  • Share specifics. Screenshots, actual scripts, real bounce rates. Vague questions get vague answers.

  • Do not pitch other members. This is not a lead list.

  • Post your wins. The community grows when people share what is working.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive an invite email.
Check your spam folder and search for "Slack." If it is still not there, reply to your support thread and confirm the email address on your ListKit account.

Slack is asking me to upgrade.
Slack Connect requires a paid plan on your side. Reply to your support thread and the team will work through the options with you.

I need the invite sent to a different email.
Reply to your support thread with the address you want to use. It needs to be a Slack account you control.

I am not on a Bundle plan.
The VIP Community is available to Bundle customers only. See How do I upgrade my Bundles sending volume? or contact support.

Open Education and click Join on the Join Slack channel card, or email [email protected] with the subject VIP Community, and the team will get you in.
