TL;DR
ListKit has more than 977 million contacts. Coverage is strongest in the US and English-speaking markets and thinner in parts of Europe and elsewhere.
Searching is free, so check your counts for a niche or country before you buy anything.
For small niches, start with Company Keywords or AI Company Search instead of Industry, widen Employee Size, and skip people location.
Mobile phone numbers are US only, and intent data is mainly US companies.
When you'd use this
Use this when a search returns fewer leads than you expected, when you target a narrow niche, or when you want to know whether ListKit has enough data for a specific country.
Data coverage by country
Our data is deepest for the United States and other English-speaking markets such as Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. It is thinner in parts of Europe and some other regions, and for very small local businesses everywhere.
Before you buy, build your search on the Leads page and look at the Net New count. Searching, filtering and checking counts are free. Credits are only used when you export.
Mobile phone numbers are available for US contacts only.
Buying Intent data covers mainly US companies.
Step 1: Start with the words niche companies use
Niche businesses often don't fit a broad industry label. Use Company Keywords such as "roofing", "gutter installation" or "commercial roofing" instead of a generic Construction industry. See How do I use the Keyword filters for companies and people?
For common niches such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, law firms or dentists, try Saved & Pre-built filters first.
Step 2: Find adjacent industries
After adding keywords, look at the INDUSTRY column in your results. It often shows related categories you hadn't considered that still fit.
Step 3: Widen Employee Size
Small companies are often undercounted. Select several adjacent ranges instead of one. See How do I filter by company size and revenue?
Step 4: Remove filters you don't need
Don't use People Country, State or City unless residency is required. In a small niche, every extra filter shrinks the pool further. Remove secondary filters to see the true pool size, then add them back one at a time.
Step 5: Try AI Company Search or SIC Code
Describe the niche in AI Company Search (at least 5 words), see How do I use AI Company Search? If Industry is too broad, search SIC Code by keyword for a more precise classification, see How do I use the Industry, Vertical, Micro Industry and SIC Code filters?

Expected outcome
You know whether your niche or country has enough data before you spend credits, and you can find more volume in markets that look empty at first.
FAQ
Can I use ListKit in Colombia? Or is it only available in the USA?
You can use ListKit for any country. Coverage is deepest in the US and English-speaking markets and thinner elsewhere, so build your search with Company Country = Colombia and check the Net New count before you buy. Searching is free.
Why does my European search return so few leads?
Coverage is thinner in parts of Europe. Widen your keywords and Employee Size, and target several countries rather than one city.
My niche has almost no results even after widening. What now?
Try other keyword phrasing, remove secondary filters to see the true pool, then add them back one at a time. If it is still small, the niche may be too small for cold email on its own.
Should I still use Job Title in a niche search?
Yes, but keep the list broad. Owners of small companies often hold several roles.
Can I get phone numbers outside the US?
No. Mobile phone numbers are US only.
