TL;DR
The Email Verifier is ListKit's tool for checking whether an email address is safe and deliverable before you send to it.
It works by testing an email in real time, at the moment you submit it for verification.
You can verify emails uploaded from a CSV or pasted manually.
Results are labeled Good, Risky, or Bad so you know exactly what to do with each address.
When you'd use this / Why it matters
The Email Verifier exists to protect your sender reputation. Sending to invalid or risky addresses increases bounce rates, which can damage your domain and hurt inbox placement. Verifying first means you send to real, reachable inboxes.
How the Email Verifier works
When you submit an email (or a list of emails) to the Email Verifier, ListKit checks it in real time rather than pulling from a static, pre-verified database. This means:
The result reflects the current state of that email address, not outdated data
ListKit checks syntax, domain, and mailbox status as part of the process
The tool returns a quality label (Good, Risky, or Bad) for each address
This is different from Triple Verification, which happens automatically when you export leads directly from ListKit's database at checkout. The Email Verifier is built for emails coming from outside ListKit — lists you already have, leads from other tools, or contacts collected manually.
