Saved Filters let you quickly store a set of search filters and reload them anytime — without rebuilding your search from scratch. This article explains how to save filters, find saved filters, and reuse filters from past orders.
How to save a filter
Log into ListKit by going to app.listkit.io and signing in.
Build your filter list as usual (in either B2B Search or Internal Data).
Once your filters are set, click Save Filter
You’ll find this button above your applied filters.
Enter a name for your filter.
Click Save Filter to confirm.
✅ Your filter is now saved.
How to find and load a saved filter
Open the Saved Filters section from the top-left side menu.
Scroll until you find the filter name you saved.
Click the filter name.
✅ The filter will instantly load into your dashboard with all settings applied.
What you can do with a saved filter
Next to each saved filter, click the three-dot menu to:
Share the filter with a teammate
Delete the filter if you no longer need it
How to find filters used in a previous order
If you want to reuse filters from an older export:
Go to Order History from the left-side menu.
Scroll down till you find the order that you want.
Click View Filters under that order.
Click Show All Filters to see everything used in that export.
✅ This shows you exactly which filters were applied before.
How to re-apply filters from an old order instantly
To load previous filters directly back into your search:
In Order History, find the order you want.
Click the three-dot menu on the right.
Select Send Order → Share link.
Click Copy link.
Open a new browser tab.
Paste the link and press Enter.
✅ Your dashboard will open with all filters from that order already applied, ready to edit or share again.
