How To Add More Leads To An Existing ListKit Email Campaign

Already have an email campaign running and want to add more leads to it? Whether you're uploading new leads via CSV or pulling from a previous order, ListKit makes it quick and simple to inject fresh contacts into your ongoing campaigns.

Follow the steps below to add new leads to any active campaign:


Step-by-Step: Add Leads into an Existing Email Campaign

  1. Log into your ListKit dashboard
    https://app.listkit.io/login

  2. Click on “Email Engine” from the left-side menu

  3. Click on “Email Campaign” from the top middle menu
    This will load all your existing email campaigns.

  4. Click on the name of the campaign you’d like to add leads to

  5. Click on “Import Leads”
    You'll find this option inside the campaign view.

  6. Choose your import method: “Order History” or “Upload CSV”

  7. If you click “Upload CSV,” select the CSV file you'd like to upload
    This allows you to bring in leads from any external list you’ve prepared.

  8. If you click “Order History,” select the order(s) you'd like to import
    You'll see a pop-up with all your previous orders.

  9. Click on “Select” after choosing the order(s)

  10. Click on “Import Leads”
    This confirms the import and begins adding the leads to your campaign.

  11. Click on “Continue” and then “Save”
    Your campaign is now updated with the newly added leads.

Your selected leads have now been added to your campaign and will enter the sequence based on the campaign’s logic and timing. Keep your outreach flowing with fresh contacts anytime!
