Master Inbox Overview

The Master Inbox inside ListKit’s Email Engine is your centralized hub for managing all communication generated through your email campaigns.

Whether you're managing one sender account or multiple, the Master Inbox consolidates replies from all your connected accounts into a single, easy-to-use interface, making follow-ups faster and client conversations smoother.


Inside the Master Inbox, you’ll find three primary views on the left-hand menu:


1. Inbox

This is your main view, where all incoming replies from your leads are displayed. You’ll see the subject lines, message previews, and sender details for easy scanning.

Use this space to:

  • Monitor positive replies or questions

  • Identify and tag warm leads

  • Respond directly to prospects in real time

Pro Tip: Use the search bar at the top to quickly filter responses by lead name, email, or keywords.


2. Sent

This tab shows all emails that have been successfully sent from your connected email accounts. Here you can:

  • Track outbound activity

  • Ensure no emails are stuck or unsent

  • Double-check what messaging has already been sent to a lead


3. Archive

This is where older or resolved conversations can be moved to stay organized.

Use this to:

  • Declutter your inbox

  • Keep track of closed or handled leads

  • Maintain focus on active conversations
