Email accounts can disconnect for various reasons, but whatever the reason — it is not something you need to worry about as we are checking 24/7 and will reconnect if that ever happens.

The main reasons for email disconnects are an upgrade in infrastructure on our end, a big log of emails that overwhelms the server, or simply a precaution by the warmup pool.
Whatever the reason, once they’re reconnected they’re simply good to continue and deliverability/your campaigns will not be affected.
