Why Does It Say My CNAME & DNS Is Not Verified?

| TLDR: It is. We use a 3rd party provider for their sending capabilities. Sometimes under campaign performance their UI bugs out.

1- CNAME

  1. Head to the Email Accounts tab and open any account.

  2. Head to General.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom.


2- DNS

  1. Head to the Email Accounts tab.

  2. Click Advanced Settings and then Validate DNS.
