To pick up where you left off in a previous support conversation, or check on the different conversations that you've opened, follow these steps:
1- Click on the chat icon located at the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.
2- Select the "Messages" tab (the second icon) to view your support conversations.
3-Scroll through the list of messages and click on the conversation you'd like to reopen.
4- Continue your conversation from where you left off!
