If you use the default settings that we set up for you on the first campaign, they will automatically resume when they’re back in office.
ListKit does not refund Out Of Office leads, as we have no direct control when a prospect is in office or not. Plus, they are still usable and can be recycled.
If you want to check whether this feature is switched on, or want to see what it looks like here are the steps:
Head to https://send.listkit.io and sign into your account.
Head to the Email Campaign tab.
Click on the pencil next to the campaign that you want to change.
Hit the Settings cog and scroll down to Intelligent AI Lead Categorisation and enable the settings shown:
