How To Save Your 'Data Stream' Search Filters

Effectively managing your data stream search filters—including saving, updating, and sharing them—can save you time and maximize your access to high-quality leads.

Why Use Saved Filters?

Data Stream generates fresh leads every 24 hours, customized to match your industry-specific needs, such as niche markets, targeted services, or unique product offerings. The "Saved Filters" feature eliminates the need to recreate filter lists daily, allowing you to seamlessly access updated leads with minimal effort.

How to Save Your Filters

  1. Create Your Filter Lists:

    • Navigate to the "Companies" and "People" tabs.

    • Apply filters based on criteria such as buying intent, job titles, and location.

  2. Review Your Filters:

    • Once you've finalized your selections, click the Filters button to view all applied filters.

    • Double-check the list to ensure everything is correct.


  3. Save Your Filters:

    • Click the Save Filters button at the bottom of the panel.



    • Select Save active filters.


    • Enter a descriptive name for your filter list and click Save.

How to Load Your Saved Filters

  1. Access Filters:

    • Click on the Filters button.

  2. Choose Saved Filters:

    • Select the Saved Filters option. (bottom left)


  3. Apply the Filter:

    • Select the desired saved filter from the list.

    • Modify any criteria if needed, then click Apply Filters to load the updated filter onto your dashboard.


How to Update, Share, or Delete Your Saved Filters

  1. Access the Saved Filters:

    • Click on the Filters button and select Saved Filters.

    • Load the specific filter you want to modify.

  2. Choose an Action:

    • Update: Make the necessary changes to your filters and save them again.

    • Share: Click on the three-dot menu and choose the share option. Copy the URL or input the email address of the recipient to share the filter. Enter the email address to share the saved filter. The recipient can click the provided link to view and apply the shared filters in their ListKit account.

    • Delete: Select the delete option to permanently remove the filter.
