TL;DR

  • All payments made to ListKit are final and non-refundable

  • When you subscribe, ListKit immediately begins purchasing domains, inboxes, and infrastructure on your behalf, these costs are incurred before you send a single email

  • Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund previous payments

  • You can cancel directly inside the ListKit app or by emailing [email protected]

  • For the full policy, visit ListKit.io/refunds

Why payments are non-refundable

When you subscribe to ListKit Bundles, your first payment is used immediately to purchase and configure cold email infrastructure specifically for your account. This includes:

  • Domains registered in your name

  • Google Workspace email inboxes

  • DNS configuration and domain authentication

  • Inbox configuration and technical setup

  • Inbox warmup and deliverability preparation

  • Software access and account provisioning

These products and services are purchased from third-party providers the moment your order is placed. ListKit cannot return registered domains or reverse third-party email licensing charges. The costs are incurred before you complete onboarding, before you upload a lead list, and before you send a single email.

This is not within ListKit's control. It is simply how domains and inboxes work.

What is not grounds for a refund

The following are not grounds for a refund, credit, or billing adjustment of any kind:

  • Not yet launching campaigns or completing onboarding

  • Delays in using the platform

  • Onboarding calls not being immediately available

  • Failure to provide a lead list or campaign copy

  • Failure to use the platform

  • Changes in your business, strategy, staffing, or priorities

  • Dissatisfaction with campaign performance, reply rates, or booked meetings

  • Purchasing leads, domains, inboxes, or services from another provider

  • A misunderstanding of what the service includes or how it works

  • Forgetting your renewal date

What happens to your domains and inboxes

Domains and inboxes purchased or provisioned through ListKit are part of your ListKit service. You do not have an automatic right to receive, transfer, export, or retain domains, inboxes, licenses, or configurations after cancellation, a refund request, or termination.

If you request a refund and it is processed, ListKit may immediately suspend or terminate access to the corresponding software, domains, inboxes, and infrastructure. You would then need to purchase replacement domains and inboxes independently, at your own expense and without ListKit's bulk pricing.

In plain terms: requesting a refund means losing your infrastructure. You cannot recover the payment and keep the domains and inboxes. That is not how this works.

If ListKit voluntarily agrees to transfer any infrastructure, the transfer may be subject to full payment of outstanding balances, reimbursement of transfer costs, and third-party fees. Any transfer is provided at ListKit's discretion.

No guarantee of results

ListKit provides infrastructure, software, data, tools, and support designed to help you conduct cold email outreach. ListKit does not guarantee:

  • Email deliverability or inbox placement

  • Open rates, reply rates, or positive responses

  • Booked meetings, sales opportunities, or customers

  • Revenue, profit, or return on investment

Cold email results depend on factors outside ListKit's control, including your offer, targeting, messaging, sender reputation, sales process, and market. A lack of results or dissatisfaction with results does not create a right to a refund.

Subscription renewals

ListKit subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval selected at checkout. You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date.

Cancelling your subscription:

  • Stops future renewals

  • Does not refund previous payments

  • Does not provide a prorated refund for unused time

  • Does not retroactively cancel a payment already processed

Failure to use the service, review billing notices, or remember your renewal date does not create a right to a refund.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription directly inside the ListKit app at any time by:

  • Clicking on your initials at the bottom left side of your dashboard

  • Clicking on "Billing"

  • Scrolling down to "Your sending bundles"

  • Clicking on the three dots next to your subscription

  • Selecting "Cancel subscription"

You may also cancel by contacting ListKit at [email protected]. Your cancellation request must be received before your next scheduled renewal payment. Cancellation is only effective after it has been processed and confirmed by ListKit. Submitting a support request does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.

Keep your written cancellation confirmation for your records.

Lead data

Customers are responsible for confirming that ListKit's database, filters, and search functionality meet their needs before purchasing. ListKit does not guarantee that every customer will be able to generate a specific number of leads for every possible combination of targeting criteria.

Purchasing a separate lead list or using another data provider does not create a right to a refund, credit, or billing adjustment.

Onboarding and customer participation

ListKit provides onboarding support, training, and documentation. You remain responsible for participating in the onboarding process and providing the information, targeting criteria, lead lists, and approvals needed to launch campaigns.

Customer-caused delays do not pause billing and do not create a right to a refund. This includes missed onboarding calls, delayed responses, failure to provide a list, and changes in strategy or staffing. Rescheduling an onboarding call does not modify your subscription start date or renewal schedule.

Service issues

If you experience a technical issue, you must promptly notify ListKit and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve it. A technical issue does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Where appropriate, ListKit may provide a repair, service extension, or account credit instead of a monetary refund.

Temporary outages, third-party provider disruptions, deliverability fluctuations, or software interruptions do not create an automatic right to a refund.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

You agree to contact ListKit and make a good-faith effort to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, ListKit may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account

  • Disable access to software and services

  • Suspend your domains and inboxes

  • Stop onboarding or support activity

  • Recover unpaid balances and dispute-related costs

  • Submit evidence of your purchase, account activity, and infrastructure costs to the payment provider

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Account credits and exceptions

ListKit is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, free months, extensions, or waived payments. In limited circumstances, ListKit may choose to provide an account credit or billing adjustment at its sole discretion. Any such accommodation does not constitute an admission of fault, does not modify this policy, and does not establish a precedent for future requests. Any exception must be expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of ListKit.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a refund if I have not used the platform yet?

No. ListKit begins purchasing domains, inboxes, and infrastructure on your behalf immediately after your payment is processed. These costs are incurred before you complete onboarding or send a single email. Not using the platform does not create a right to a refund.

What happens to my domains and inboxes if I cancel?

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to retain your domains and inboxes. Unless ListKit expressly agrees otherwise in writing, infrastructure does not transfer automatically upon cancellation.

Can I get a refund if my campaigns did not perform well?

No. ListKit provides the infrastructure and tools to run cold email campaigns. Campaign performance depends on factors outside ListKit's control, including your offer, targeting, and messaging. A lack of results does not create a right to a refund.

What if I accidentally got charged on my renewal date?

You are responsible for cancelling before your renewal date. Forgetting a renewal date or failing to use the platform does not create a right to a refund. If you believe there was a billing error, contact [email protected] and the team will investigate.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel directly inside the ListKit app or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund previous payments. Make sure to cancel before your next renewal date.

What if I want to dispute a charge?

Contact [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. ListKit will make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern. Initiating a chargeback without contacting ListKit first may result in immediate suspension of your account and infrastructure.

Where can I read the full refund policy?

The complete Refund and Cancellation Policy is available at listkit.io/refunds.

Who do I contact for billing questions?

Reach out to [email protected] for any billing questions or concerns.
