TL;DR

  • Report bugs by opening a chat with the ListKit team in-app.

  • Include as much detail as possible — what you were doing, what happened, and any screenshots.

  • This helps the team resolve the issue faster.

When you'd use this / Why it matters

Use this whenever something in ListKit isn't working as expected — a broken filter, an export that failed, an incorrect credit charge, or any unexpected platform behavior.

Step-by-step: Report a bug

  1. Open a chat with the ListKit team — click your profile icon and select Support, or use the chat button in the bottom-right corner

  2. Clearly describe the issue, including:

    • What you were trying to do

    • What actually happened

    • Any error messages you saw

    • A screenshot or screen recording, if possible

  3. Send the message

The team will follow up to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

What to include for the fastest resolution

  • The exact page or feature where the issue occurred

  • Steps to reproduce it, if you can repeat it

  • Screenshots or screen recordings

  • Any order/list numbers, campaign names, or account details relevant to the issue

Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Know exactly where to report a bug

  • Provide the right information to get it resolved quickly

  • Get a response within ListKit's standard support response time
