How do I change my login email or password, or fix login problems?

Reset your password, get your login email changed by our team, and fix common sign-in problems.

Written by Andre Haykal Jr

TL;DR

  • Forgot your password? On the login page, click Forgot Password? and follow the email.

  • Signed up with Google, Apple or LinkedIn? You don't have a ListKit password. Keep signing in with that provider.

  • You can't change your login email yourself. Send us a message in the app with your current and new email, and our team changes it.

  • Your login name in Settings is not your sender name. Sender names are changed by our team.

When you'd use this

Use this if you can't sign in, need a new password, want to change the email you log in with, or have more than one login.

Reset your password

  1. Go to next.listkit.io.

  2. Click Forgot Password?.

  3. Enter the email you signed up with.

  4. Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.

No email? Check spam, and make sure you entered the email you signed up with.

If you signed up with Google, Apple or LinkedIn, there's no ListKit password to reset. Sign in with the same provider you used to sign up.

Change your login email

Your email shows on your account settings page (initials at the bottom left > Settings), but it can't be edited there.

  1. Send us a message in the app, or email [email protected] from your current login email.

  2. Tell us your current login email and the new email you want to use.

  3. Our team updates it and confirms. Then sign in with the new email.

Changing your login email doesn't affect your campaigns, credits, inboxes or billing.

Your login name is not your sender name

The first and last name in Settings (the Account settings page) are your profile only. They don't change the name your leads see on your emails.

There's no setting to change the sender name yourself. If you really need it changed, email [email protected] with the inboxes (or "all") and the new first and last name. It's a manual change that takes time, and each changed inbox restarts its 14-day warmup, so we strongly advise against it.

Two logins on one subscription

If you have more than one login, sign in with the email that owns the subscription when you manage billing or campaigns. Other logins can show errors, for example when you resume a campaign. To give someone else access, invite them as a teammate: see How do I add a teammate to my ListKit account?

Expected outcome

You can sign in with the right email and password, and you know which changes our team makes for you.

FAQ

I signed up with Google. Why can't I reset my password?
Accounts created with Google, Apple or LinkedIn don't have a ListKit password. Sign in with the same provider.

I lost access to my old email. What should I do?
Message us in the app or email [email protected]. We'll verify your account and update your login email.

Can I change my login email in Settings?
No. The email on the Account settings page can't be edited. Message us and we'll change it.

Can you merge two ListKit accounts?
Message us with both emails and what you need. Our team will tell you what's possible. One email can belong to only one account.

Can I log in to the inboxes ListKit created for me?
No. They're Google Workspace inboxes that ListKit manages for sending, and there's no password access. Replies from your leads arrive in Master Inbox.

I changed the name in Settings but my emails still show the old name. Why?
The Settings name is your login profile, not your sender name. Sender name changes are done by our team and restart warmup on each changed inbox.

Will resetting my password sign me out on other devices?
You may need to sign in again on other devices.
