TL;DR

  • You are never charged separately for domains or inboxes — they're covered as part of your single monthly subscription.

  • Domains renew for as long as you're subscribed, and ListKit covers that cost on your behalf.

  • There is no separate domain bill, inbox bill, or annual charge to worry about.

  • The only charge you'll ever see is your one monthly subscription payment.

When you'd use this / Why it matters

Use this article if you're wondering whether you'll be billed separately for your domains or inboxes, or if you've seen the domain fee value mentioned and want to confirm you won't be charged for it directly.

The short answer: you won't be charged for either

Domains and inboxes are both included in your monthly subscription. There is no separate domain invoice, no separate inbox charge, and no annual domain renewal bill sent to you.

As long as your subscription is active, ListKit handles:

  • Registering the domain names you choose

  • Covering the registration cost, year after year

  • Configuring and maintaining your inboxes for outreach

You simply pick the domain names you want — ListKit takes care of the rest.

Why you might see a domain "cost" mentioned

You may notice ListKit references an approximate domain fee value tied to your plan (for example, "~$300/yr in domain fees, on us"). This is not a charge to you — it's ListKit showing you the value of what's being covered on your behalf, at no additional cost.

Daily volume

Domain fees covered by ListKit (per year)

1,000/day

~$300/yr

2,000/day

~$600/yr

3,000/day

~$900/yr

5,000/day

~$1,500/yr

10,000/day

~$3,000/yr

This is a benefit included in your plan — not a separate bill.

What this means for your billing

Your monthly subscription charge is the only charge you'll see. It already includes:

  • Domain registration and ongoing renewal, covered by ListKit

  • Inboxes configured exclusively for your outreach

  • Your sending volume, credits, and every other feature in your plan

There's nothing additional to track, pay, or renew separately.

What happens if you cancel

Domain and inbox coverage is tied to having an active subscription. If you cancel, ListKit's coverage of those costs ends along with your subscription — see "How does ListKit billing work?" for more detail on how cancellation affects domains.

Expected outcome

You should now be able to:

  • Confirm that domains and inboxes are never billed separately

  • Understand that the domain fee value shown is a covered benefit, not a charge

  • Know that your only billing event is your single monthly subscription payment

Troubleshooting / FAQs

Will I ever receive a separate bill for domain renewal?
No. Domain renewal costs are covered by ListKit as part of your subscription, for as long as you remain subscribed.

Why does ListKit show a dollar amount next to domains if I'm not being charged?
That number reflects the value of what ListKit is covering on your behalf — it's a benefit of your plan, not a fee you pay.

Do inboxes have their own renewal date separate from my subscription?
No. Inboxes are maintained as part of your active subscription and don't have an independent billing cycle.

What if I upgrade my plan — will my domain coverage change?
Your domain coverage scales with your subscription tier. See "How does ListKit billing work?" for how tier changes take effect at renewal.
