How to Manage Your Subscription on ListKit

This guide will walk you through everything you can do from the Billing page — from updating your payment method to managing your plan and credits.



Accessing the Billing Page

Start by clicking on your email address at the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
From the dropdown, select Billing to open the billing page.



Updating Your Payment Method

At the top of the page, you’ll see your current payment method.

  • If you want to change it, click Update

  • This will redirect you to the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card details and confirm your changes.


Managing Your Subscription

Below your payment methods, you’ll find the Plan (Your current Plan).


Next to it, click Manage Subscription to access all your options:

  • Change Plan: Switch to a different subscription tier.

  • Pause Subscription: Pause at the end of your current billing period.

  • Cancel Subscription: End your plan entirely.

You’ll also see your renewal date above your current plan.


Viewing and Purchasing Credits

Under your subscription details, you’ll find your credit usage section:

  • Universal Credits: Used when exporting leads and adding extra data fields.

  • Verification Credits: Used when verifying emails with the Email Verification Tool.

To buy additional credits, click Buy Credits next to the usage section.


You can then select which type of credits to purchase:

  • 1,000 Universal Credits = $10

  • 10,000 Email Verification Credits = $15

Once you’ve selected the quantity you want, click Buy Now to complete the purchase.


Active Subscription Section

You’ll also see your current active plans and its renewal date listed here. Including your Main subscriptions or any Add-ons that you have to make any changes to them.


You can click Change Plan to update, upgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from this section.


Payment History & Invoices

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find your Payment History, a complete record of all your previous payments.


Click on the highlighted amount next to any invoice to open it in Stripe, where you can view or download the invoice as a PDF.

That’s everything you can do from your Billing page, from updating payment info and managing your plan to tracking credits and downloading invoices.
