How to Get Phone Leads for an Already-Placed Email Leads Order

Understanding Data Availability Limitations

If your email leads order has already been placed, it's important to note that you won't be able to get phone leads for every single contact in that list. That's because not every user who shares their email online (or wherever ListKit sourced the lead from) has also provided a phone number.

The only way to ensure you get both email addresses and phone numbers for your leads is to select the "With Email + Phone" option before placing your order.

Here's where to select that option when placing an order:

How to Export Phone Leads from an Existing Email Order

If you've already placed your order and would like to export the phone numbers for any of the leads in that list (when available), follow these steps:

1- Log into Your ListKit Dashboard

Access your account at your ListKit dashboard portal.

2- Click on Order History in the Left-Side Menu

Navigate to your previous orders section to locate your email-only export.

3- Find the Order You Want to Export Phone Leads From

Scroll through your orders until you locate the one you'd like to add phone leads to.

4- Click on Get Phone Numbers

Look for the phone export option associated with your selected order and click to initiate the process.

5- Configure Your Export Settings

When the pop-up opens:

  • Set the max leads per company

  • Click Apply

  • Enter the number of leads you'd like to export

  • Click Redeem

Once you complete these steps, your order for the phone numbers (for the leads that have them) will be placed. Any available phone numbers linked to the leads in your original list will be exported.
